GameChanger is in public beta, or "pre-release." We expect that you'll find slight glitches or issues on our website or handheld applications.

Let us know when you do, and please provide your customer login email, team name/id, and either your GameChanger handheld application version or web browser type (e.g. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox for Mac, Safari for PC, etc).

Known Issues: Scorekeeping Application Version 2.8.2

There are currently no known issues with the current App Store version of GameChanger.

Issues with Prior Versions

Version 2.8.1.2 of the GameChanger scorekeeping app had this known issue:

  • The GameChanger scorekeeping app may crash when attempting to add a player while scoring a game. Attempting to add a player from either of these two screens will either cause nothing to happen, or result in a crash:

 

Workarounds
  • Preferred: Download version 2.8.2, which contains the fix for this known issue.
  • As an alternative to updating to the latest version, the workaround for this bug is to tap on "Add From Bench" from the Lineup page and then "Add New Player" from the Activate Players page:
